Sibling Teams
The idea behind having sibling teams is to share best ideas and practices across multiple divisions within our league. It's a chance to get to know each other on a deeper level. Here are some guidelines or ideas of how to proceed with your sibling team:
- Have a social event together in a safe environment that is accommodating to all.
- A shared practice.
- Show up at one of your sibling teams games and cheer them on.
- Help each other out should you need subs.
- Captains share best practices.
This program can be built to best suit you and the needs of your teams. You can build it however you like. As always, this is not a mandatory function of Stonewall Sports, however, we do encourage participation.
